Performance Supervision:

Strategic delivery department P&P: to work with the director of the department developing the P&P for the department in line with the requirement of transformation program.
Transformation initiatives Matrix preparation: work closely with the transformation team to develop transformation initiatives matrix with structure mapped to the functional transformation initiatives.
Strategic initiatives Progress: to develop the timeline for the initiatives and follow up the progress for each milestone and report the progress in weekly bases.
Strategic initiatives Performance: to develop the Key performance indicators related to each initiative and report the performance on monthly bases.
Drive strategic decision-making: oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to market trends, customer behaviour, and performance metrics. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that they are monitored and reported on regularly.
Monitor special projects’ progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to strategic objectives. Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges to keep projects on track.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans to address them.
Implement and maintain project governance standards and monitoring and reporting on project performance and compliance.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues and risks ensuring that projects are delivered successfully.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate strategic plans and progress to senior management, stakeholders, and other relevant departments. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations related to the strategy department's initiatives. Ensure that all team members are aligned with the strategic goals and understand their role in achieving them

Job requirements

Degree: Bachelor's degree in related specialism

4-6 years of relevant experience in

Professional Certification preferable
