Position Summary:

The Supervisor, Site Support Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all support services required to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning site environment. This includes managing site facilities, accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transportation, and related services. The role ensures high standards of service delivery while complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of site support functions including accommodation, catering, janitorial services, transportation, and waste management.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.

  • Monitor site infrastructure and utilities; initiate maintenance and repairs as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.

  • Manage and maintain inventory of support materials, tools, and supplies.

  • Oversee a team of support staff (e.g., cleaners, cooks, drivers, maintenance workers); assign tasks and conduct performance reviews.

  • Respond promptly to site issues or emergencies impacting support services.

  • Assist in developing and monitoring budgets for site services.

  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to service operations.

  • Liaise with project teams, security, and administration to ensure site requirements are met.
