Job description
Job Purpose:
To supervise operational guidelines as well as safety procedures on equipment fuel facility, verify and delegate regular operations to ensure that projects equipment ready for operating.
2. Principal Accountabilities:
Policies, Processes & Procedures
· Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
· Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
Equipment Fuel Management
Ensure fuel is scheduled to projects equipment.
Ensure all fuels accounting documents are accurate, complete and ready for submission to Accounting Team
Verify all receiving documents for accuracy prior to the end of shift.
Ensure all upload and download fuel samples are being taken either by a laboratory technician or a trained operator.
Handle overall training program of employees and ensure that the equipment is prepared for Compliance Inspections (CI) or Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs), to be conducted weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Supervise & evaluate employees’ performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees.
Supervise the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning.
Supervise employees’ changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
Miscellaneous Duties
· Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
