Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
