Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor participate in the review and approval of interim payments, the variations and other financial matter, will assist the Senior Engineer, Quantities in the analysis and evaluation of all claims by the contractor.

• Prepares data and for budget calculations, manage project deadlines, governing the rules and regulations.

• Analyse outcomes and write detailed project progress reports, costing, value completed work, oversee bills and project invoices

• Need to perform proper client and employees relation actions.

• Support the senior quantity surveyor and team in the commercial aspects of the business.

• Preparation of take-off’s and collating tender documents for submission of quotations in conjunction with managing surveyor.

• Preparation of material enquiries, analysing quotations and placing of material orders.
