Recruitment Supervisor ( Saudi Only) 


We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Supervisor to join our Human Resources department at Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company. As a Recruitment Supervisor, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization, overseeing the recruitment process from start to end.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the recruitment team, providing direction and support to achieve hiring goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
  • LinkedIn Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize recruitment advertisements on LinkedIn to reach a targeted audience and attract qualified candidates. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service.
  • Budget Management: Monitor recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices, including the allocation of funds for LinkedIn and other online advertising.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes for senior management review, including the performance of LinkedIn ads.


Job requirements

Job Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in managing LinkedIn or other social media advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
      • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn's advertising tools.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
