Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Department. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for overseeing and managing all initiatives within the company's transformation program. This role

requires a combination of strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive change and ensure

successful implementation of transformation projects within the company.

Responsibility: 

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives under the company's transformation agenda.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation projects with the company’s strategic objectives.
3. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project implementation.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/consultants.
6. Develop and implement a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
12. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
13. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.


Job requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors in Engineering. 
  • Proven working experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with construction management software and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
