Production Operations Senior Engineer

Job Purpose:

Leads and supports production operations to optimize plant performance, ensure quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across ready-mix, asphalt, and aggregate plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to meet operational targets.

• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams.

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

• Prepare technical reports and performance summaries for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.

• 8–12 years of experience in production operations within ready-mix, asphalt, or aggregate plants, including supervisory or lead roles.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, plant equipment, and operational standards.
