Production Operations Engineer

Job Purpose:
Supports and optimizes production operations to ensure efficient plant performance, high-quality output, and adherence to operational standards across ready-mix, asphalt, and aggregate plants.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Monitor and assist in production processes to achieve operational targets.

• Provide technical support to production teams and operators.

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and quality assurance measures.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and logistics teams to support seamless operations.

• Prepare production reports and required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in production operations within ready-mix, asphalt, or aggregate plants.

• Solid understanding of production processes, plant equipment, and operational standards.
