Paramedic

To provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care and coordinate onsite emergency response, ensuring rapid

medical support and safety during project activities. Also responsible for maintaining medical equipment,

supporting HSE initiatives, and guiding junior medical staff as needed.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

· Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work

environment.

· Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and

company assets.

Onsite Emergency Medical Care

1. Deliver advanced life support (ALS) and emergency treatment to injured or ill personnel at project sites or

during transportation to medical facilities.

2. Coordinate regular inspections, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure compliance with

safety regulations.

Team Supervision & Training

1. Lead and mentor paramedic and first aid teams assigned to the project, ensuring readiness and high-

quality medical response.

Medical Equipment Management

1. Maintain and ensure readiness of onsite medical equipment and emergency supplies as per project

standards.

2. Coordinate regular inspections, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure compliance with

safety regulations.

Incident Documentation & Reporting

1. Prepare accurate and timely reports on medical incidents, injuries, and health trends to project

management and HSE teams.

Coordination with Project Stakeholders

1. Liaise with project management, contractors, and external healthcare providers to ensure effective

emergency response coordination.

2. Support other projects in safety and health activities as needed to promote a safe working environment.
