Job description

To advise and assist users on how they can gain more insight in their data and processes to optimize their business by using Oracle cloud ERP integration, extension and reporting tools, handle the technical requirements during new implementation projects and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for existing users during the lifecycle.


Technical ERP Management

  1. Understand Oracle Fusion ERP system functionality across the breadth of the product with focus on technical side deeply
  2. Analyse and review users’ need in the field of reporting and integrations and map the requirements to the capabilities of Oracle Cloud ERP system and additional extension tools
  3. Work with management to build specifications for configurations and tailored customizations
  4. Ensure providing functional and technical expertise to support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP solution
  5. Make sure that technical assistance is being provided to users that relates to resolving technical issues and monitoring system to proactively identify issues
  6. Manage the process of providing effective training to users and supporting them in using Oracle Cloud tools
  7. Carry out gap analysis on current processes and make recommendations for improvements
  8. Work closely with management to create solution outlines and solution definitions for new requirements to extend the use of ERP
  9. Ensure proper documentation and prepared guidelines to provide the ability to modify ERP on an ongoing basis
  10. Think analytically and conceptually in order to understand complex problem
  11. Mange regular system maintenance activities for users
  12. Manage Oracle Cloud migration, reporting tools, dashboards and KPIs
  13. Work closely with the Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, and conversions.
  14. Upload data with Oracle Fusion FBDI (file-based data import)
  15. Design and Build reports by XML publisher and BI analytics.
  16. Configure workflow approvals.
  17. Design and Build custom solution using various tools (ADF, APEX, VBCS & Oracle JET).
  18. Create and Assign Roles for users to maintain their access to the system.
  19. Design and build Integration with third party system using (web services, OIC, ODI)
  20. Design and Build database table, relations and custom objects.
  21. Configure and maintain all PaaS services.
  22. Maintain application performance.
  23. Produce technical specifications, and unit test scripts for solutions developed
  24. Test technical solution and enhance efficiency.
  25. Prepare and review technical documentation for provided solutions.

People Management & Development

  1. Manage & evaluate employees’ performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees
  2. Manage the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning
  3. Manage employees changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans

Policies, Processes & Procedures

  1. Manage the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services
  2. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
  3. Ensure the implementation of various information security practices and standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of Company data and information

Job requirements


  • Bachelor Degree, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology

  • 10+ years of relevant solid ERP Oracle cloud technical background experience using various tools (ADF, APEX, VBCS, Oracle JET, web services, OIC, ODI).
  • 3+ years’ experience of managing a similar function and technical in a construction organization
  • Certificates in Oracle cloud systems
