Job description

To act as a domain expert for the PPM application consulting team supporting the configuration and extension of its modules through analysing business needs to help ensure solution meets the departments’ objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and business insight, exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.

Oracle Cloud PPM ERP Functionality

  1. Recommend and justify enhancements to ERP to meet complex departments needs
  2. Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies of the Company business
  3. Work with departments and ERP team to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met
  4. Experience as a resource in the full lifecycle implementation of ERP with hands-on configurations
  5. Lead the day-to-day activities of PPM modules including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  6. Experience with Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Grants, or similar module experience
  7. Integrate with other financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management and Subscription Management
  8. Configure PPM Applications to meet departments requirements and document application set-ups
  9. Assist with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects areas
  10. Demonstrate experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilot’s functional configuration, testing and user training
  11. Define testing scenarios and develop validation scripts
  12. Support users with the execution of validation scripts
  13. Experience in Using Smart View. Oracle OTBI and PPM dashboard & Reporting

  1. Manage & evaluate employees’ performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees
  2. Manage the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning
  3. Manage employees changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans

Policies, Processes & Procedures

  1. Manage the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services
  2. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude

Ensure the implementation of various information security practices and standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of Company data and information

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Computer Science, Information Science or Information Technology
  • 10+ years of relevant solid Oracle Cloud PPM ERP background
  • 3+ years’ experience of managing a similar function in a construction organization
  • Certificates in Oracle Cloud PPM
