Job description

  • Project Management: Lead and execute electrical construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate work between engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and integrated workflows.

  • Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports and offer solutions to any issues that arise during the execution phase.

  • Resource Management: Effectively manage and allocate human and material resources to ensure optimal project execution.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards and regulatory requirements for electrical installations, including safety and quality standards.

  • Quality Control: Ensure electrical work is completed according to specifications and meets the required quality standards.

  • Budget Management: Monitor electrical project costs and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.

  • Client Communication: Maintain continuous communication with clients and primary contractors to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.

Job requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in managing electrical construction projects, preferably in large-scale construction or industrial projects.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of electrical system design and implementation, along with experience using project management tools.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced work situations.

  • Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction.
