Job Summary

The Junior Consultant – ERP Technical supports the design, development, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems. This role works closely with senior consultants, functional teams, and end users to implement technical solutions that align with business requirements. It is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in ERP implementation and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)

  • Develop and modify ERP technical components such as reports, workflows, integrations, and extensions

  • Support data migration, system testing, and deployment activities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP applications

  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications

  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with system upgrades and enhancements

  • Follow coding standards, best practices, and project timelines

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes

  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, ABAP, SQL)

  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and system integrations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment
