Inspector, Quality Mechanical

Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Quality department as an Inspector, Quality Mechanical. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of ITP for each activities as per the project specifications.
• Reporting on quality related issues –NCR, Site surveillance.
  
• Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with Project specs and standards.
  
• Ensure that non-conforming project activities including potential non-conformances are identified and resolved through approved quality. procedures. 
• Provide independent quality control audit of Client vendors/contractors and sub-contractors.
  
• Ensure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements.
• Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level.
  
• Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.
• Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
  
• Know Procedure for making documentation of MIR’s & RFI’s.
  
• Should know about Redline Drawing & preparing As-Built Drawings.
  
• Review Shop Drawings before submitting to client for approval.
  
• Should have field knowledge of the related work.
  
• Frequently visit the vendor units as Off-site visits and make the report on it.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience. 
• Bacholaers or diploma in releted fiels.
• Certification in quality control or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
