Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner will support NEOM Projects in achieving its business plan and strategy by implementing best practice HR activities. They will act as the main HR interface with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting employee engagement.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Business Partnering:
    • Work with management to understand the business plan and develop organizational structures.
    • Deliver workforce plans and support talent acquisition.
    • Reduce staff turnover through improved onboarding and engagement activities.
    • Manage merit reviews, incentives, and bonuses.
    • Provide market data and recommend cost-effective actions.
    • Support learning activities and succession planning.
    • Advise on career paths and lead performance reviews.
    • Monitor employee morale and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
    • Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements.
    • Coach staff in implementing HR best practices.
    • Keep management updated on HR activities and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure HC team is informed of brand imperatives.
    • Display leadership behaviors in line with company values and policies.
  • People Management & Development:
    • Manage and evaluate employee performance and provide development opportunities.
    • Manage talent pipeline and succession planning.
    • Implement changes to systems and processes.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures:
    • Implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance and quality services.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
    • Implement information security practices and standards.

Job requirements

Required Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Partnering in the construction industry
  • 3+ years in progressively increasing managerial roles
  • CBI, CIPD, SPHRi, SCP Certificates preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Intermediate level in Communication, Planning & Organizing, Teamwork, Trust Building, Follow Up & Coordination, and Influence.
