Job description

  • Conduct inspections and quality monitoring of civil infrastructure works, including earthworks, roads, utilities, retaining walls, concrete structures, and public realm elements.

  • Ensure strict compliance with the Diriyah project's approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO).

  • Review and implement Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and related QA/QC documentation.

  • Oversee critical civil activities such as excavation, compaction, rebar installation, formwork, concrete placement, and paving.

  • Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project management to resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensure closure of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Ensure proper documentation of inspection records, test results, material approvals, and quality logs.

  • Participate in internal/external audits and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout all quality operations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale infrastructure or mega-projects.

  • Prior experience in projects similar to Diriyah, NEOM, The Red Sea, or Qiddiya is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction codes.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure testing (concrete, soil, asphalt, compaction, etc.).

  • QA/QC certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IRCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA software/tools.
