Job description
To lead the design, installation, and management of electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities include creating detailed electrical designs, supervising electrical installations, managing a team of Electrical engineers and contractors, and ensuring project milestones are met. The position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical systems by coordinating with management and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and promptly addressing any issues
Description for Internal Candidates

Electrical Work Execution and Team Coordination
Lead and execute detailed electrical layouts and plans to ensure electrical works are carried out efficiently,
accurately, and in alignment with project specifications and technical standards.
2. Oversee the installation of electrical systems, equipment, and components, ensuring all work is completed
according to design requirements and quality expectations.
3. Manage electrical engineering staff and subcontractors by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and
facilitating effective coordination for timely project execution.
4. Evaluate construction sites to determine electrical requirements, identify design opportunities and
constraints, and support system optimization and integration.
Project Monitoring, Material Control, and Communication
Select suitable electrical materials and equipment based on project needs to ensure reliability,
performance, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Track electrical work progress and project milestones, prepare status reports, and resolve issues promptly
to maintain project schedules.
3. Coordinate with management to develop and manage electrical budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and
alignment with project financial goals.
4. Communicate effectively with managers, clients, suppliers, and team members to maintain transparency,
resolve concerns, and support successful project delivery.
Miscellaneous Duties
· Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Job requirements
Required Academic Qualification
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Electrical Engineering
Years of Experience: 7-8 Years of experience in Mega Infrastructure Projects.
