Job description

Al-Ayuni is seeking a highly experienced Construction Infrastructure Manager to lead major cross-country pipeline and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom and the GCC. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a proven record of delivering projects for top-tier clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-country pipeline construction (40”–100” API 5L, 3LPE coating & concrete lining).

  • Lead execution in mountainous regions, wadis, and major road crossings.

  • Oversee ROW identification, grading, trenching, alignment, welding (SMAW/GTAW), coating, and hydrotesting.

  • Coordinate with surveyors, welders, NDT agencies, and drilling/blasting teams.

  • Drive safe practices with heavy equipment and cranes.

  • Ensure quality, compliance, and innovation in trench construction and field execution.

  • Contribute to quantity surveying and cost monitoring.

Job requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 15–20 years of experience in pipeline & infrastructure construction.

  • Experience gained in KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

  • Proven project execution with clients such as Saudi Aramco, SWCC, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, and Shell.

  • Valid KSA Driving License.
