Job description
To lead the implementation, optimization, and strategic use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Al Ayuni, ensuring it becomes the central platform for driving sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the Construction, Contracting, and Investment sectors. You will be responsible for transforming our customer data into actionable insights that strengthen client relationships and fuel business development efforts in line with Saudi Vision 2030 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
System Strategy & Implementation
Develop and execute the CRM roadmap aligned with Al Ayuni’s business objectives.
Lead the selection, customization, and deployment of a new CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) or optimize the existing one.
Ensure seamless integration with other business systems (ERP, Project Management, Marketing Automation).
2. Data Management & Governance
Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client, project, and opportunity records.
Design and maintain data workflows for lead capture, client onboarding, and project lifecycle tracking.
Develop segmentation strategies to support targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
3. User Adoption & Training
Act as the primary CRM expert and super-user, providing training and ongoing support to teams in Business Development, Sales, Project Management, and Client Relations.
Create user guides, tutorials, and best practice documentation.
Monitor system usage and drive adoption across departments.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales pipeline, client engagement, project performance, and market trends.
Build dashboards for senior management to monitor KPIs such as win rates, client lifetime value, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, client retention, and process improvements.
5. Process Optimization
Map and redesign business processes (lead-to-project, client feedback, after-sales service) within the CRM.
Automate routine tasks to increase efficiency for sales and BD teams.
Ensure the CRM supports Al Ayuni’s project bidding and tendering workflows.
6. Support & Maintenance
Manage system security, user roles, and permissions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors.
Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies relevant to the construction and contracting industry.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Consultant, or similar role, preferably in the Construction, Contracting, Real Estate, or Engineering sectors.
Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of sales, bid management, and client lifecycle processes in a project-based business.
Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.
Excellent communication and training skills in both Arabic and English.
Preferred:
Certification in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other leading CRM systems.
Experience in the Saudi market, with knowledge of government and semi-government client structures (e.g., Aramco, NEOM, PIF entities).
Background in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
Knowledge of ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) in a contracting environment.
